I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location was perfect for me as it was close to the train station and within walking distance of the center. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I was impressed with their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond. Lastly, the rooms were cozy and well maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was also delicious, especially the scrambled eggs.

The only minor improvement that could be made is to have a quieter bar area without constant sports on the TVs.

Adjacent to the bar area, you'll also find comfortable seating areas with internet access, perfect for relaxing or catching up on work. The manager at reception provides excellent service and ensures a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and well-appointed bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel offers a great gym with a variety of machines and a welcoming swimming pool.

One downside is the limited choice at breakfast, which may not provide good value for money.

Our stay at Village Hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The modern decor and cozy atmosphere of the hotel made us feel right at home. The spa treatments were truly amazing, especially the back massage given by Shakira. It was the most relaxing experience I've ever had. The pool, steam room, sauna, and jacuzzi were all available for us to enjoy, and they looked absolutely stunning in the evening. We also had a delicious meal at the bar & grill, and Kris, the staff member, was so helpful and attentive. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time at Village Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

Although our stay was fantastic, we did experience a couple of minor inconveniences. there was no air conditioning in the room, and the Dyson fan provided was quite inadequate.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, making for a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist me. The facilities provided, such as the gym and the availability of Sports TV in the bar, were excellent. Additionally, having Sky TV in the bedroom was a fantastic added bonus.

We stayed at this hotel during Christmas week. I liked that they offered free hot chocolate and cookies for guests during the holidays. The location was convenient and easy to reach by car. Another advantage was the indoor pool which was kept clean and well-maintained.

Our experience wasn't entirely positive. The noise level in the hotel was incredibly high, and we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms.

The location was ideal, with a small train station just a short walk away. It was so convenient to hop on the train and be in the city center within minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and a great view. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and accommodating. The leisure complex was a real highlight, with a pool, gym, and even a Starbucks on-site. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind.

One minor issue was that the prices at the bar seemed to vary each time we went, even though we ordered the same drinks.
